Adriana joined the firm in 2012 as a receptionist. She was promoted to Case Manager which consists of handling files, investigation, analyzing medical, wage loss evidence and communicating with clients. Since joining the firm, she couldn’t imagine doing anything else. Adriana was born and raised in Midland. She is the proud mom of a precious little girl. In her spare time away from work and motherly duties, she makes time to work on herself. Adriana enjoys Crossfit workouts and volunteering at her church.
Marta has been with the firm since 2011. She’s been in the legal field since 1980. She did take a 10-year break to work as a court-approved interpreter. But, as soon as we saw how great she is, we grabbed her! Marta loves working in the legal field and helping people. She’s likes helping her clients as much as possible and getting them the most recovery possible.
Marta is truly a middle child. She was number 6, and has 12 brothers and sisters! But, her family relies on her as if she were the oldest. Marta was married for 22 years. She has a daughter and two sons, as well as 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. At family gatherings, like Thanksgiving and Christmas, it’s common for there to be over 100 people! This probably explains why she’s so good at multi-tasking! Marta loves to hang out with her family and friends and go dancing, and she travels as much as she can.
Arlette has been working at the firm for 10 years. As a Litigation Paralegal, she assists in all aspects of file handling, investigation, gathering and analyzing medical and lost-wage documents, instructing experts, and communicating with others. She is inspired by helping others and helping them get the justice they deserve. Arlette is a born-and-raised West Texas girl. When Arlette isn’t going above and beyond for her clients, she enjoys bike riding, baking, coaching softball, and spending time with her family. She is a wife and proud mother of two wonderful children.
Daisy was raised in Odessa. She attended Odessa College and graduated with a degree in Paralegal Studies. She started working with the firm in 2013 in an internship for her paralegal classes. She did such a great job as an intern, the firm couldn’t let her go! Daisy is happily married. She and Lucio have two handsome sons. Daisy is a devoted mom who is busy juggling work, school, activities, and sports. When she does have spare time, she likes to socialize with family and friends, work on arts and crafts, and get outdoors. Daisy is a proud Autism advocate.
Deidra started with the firm in 2006 as a receptionist. Her cheerful attitude and caring nature make her a great Case Manager. While she didn’t ever see herself working in the legal field, she couldn’t imagine doing anything else! Deidra is the quintessential farmer’s daughter, born in Kermit and raised in Pecos. She even married her long-time sweetheart. They are the proud parents to their furry, four-legged princess pup named Khloe. She’s always up for an adventure. In her spare time she loves shopping, BBQ get-together with family, & kickboxing at 9Round. You can expect to see her in the office wearing a Cowboys jersey every Friday during football season!
Monica joined the firm in 2015 as a receptionist. She had never worked in or around the legal field before and says her job “awakened an enthusiasm for legal justice” in her. Because of her keen interest and desire to learn something new each day, she was promoted to Medical Records Clerk. While she works in the Odessa office, she is responsible for medical records for both offices! Monica was born in Tokyo, Japan, while her parents were on active military service. Her father was a member of the NYPD for several years, so it’s really no surprise that Monica has an interest in the legal field. She was raised in Odessa, graduated Odessa High School, and attended Odessa College. When not engrossed in the legal field, Monica gets a kick out of physical activities such as soccer, dancing, and daily exercise.
Monique has been employed with the firm since 2002. She started as the receptionist and is now Litigation Paralegal Extraordinaire. She graduated from Odessa College with an Associate’s Degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal Studies. She looks forward to what the future holds and continuing success at the firm. Monique is a small-town girl, born and raised in Pecos, Texas, who moved to the big city of Odessa in 1999. She married her high school sweetheart. They have two beautiful boys. When not at work, you can find her at the football fields or basketball courts for either practice or games. Monique is a die-hard football/basketball mom. She is obsessed with all things football, including her beloved Philadelphia Eagles! In the moments she’s not thinking about her cases, her family, or football, she enjoys makeup, shoes, shopping, working out, and traveling.
Rose has worked in the legal field for over thirty years. She joined the firm as a paralegal in 2008. She manages and controls settlement negotiations in Pre-Litigation. After graduating high school, Rose pursued her love at heart, studying computers. She found her true calling when she ended up in the legal field and never looked back. Rose is a true leader who has the ability to use her full critical, investigative, and analytical skills in order to help her resolve each case for the value it deserves. She is passionate in giving each file the undivided attention and exposure it needs without hesitation and going beyond her call of duty.Rose is happily married. She has five amazing children and one very precious granddaughter. She enjoys hanging out with her family, traveling, listening to music (especially from the 80’s), cooking, taking long naps, and watching all kinds of sports. She also likes to spend time keeping up with local and world news events. In her past time, Rose likes watching investigative crime shows, drama flicks, and, of course, rooting for America’s Team, the Dallas Cowboys!
Lauren has been with the firm since 2013, starting out as the receptionist and working her way up to a legal assistant. As a legal assistant, she works directly with the clients in the handling of all aspects of building their case. Lauren has handled multiple claims for collisions involving 18 wheelers, including some in federal court. She grew up on a small farm outside of Anson, Texas where she graduated as Valedictorian of her class. Because of her humble upbringing, she understands the value of hard work and takes pride in helping the working class. After leaving Anson, Lauren spent a few years traveling across the country with her husband while he worked for a crane and rigging company building wind turbines before deciding to settle down in Abilene. Outside of the office, Lauren loves spending time with her daughter, Emily, and hosting gatherings for her friends and family.
Melissa started working in law offices when she was 16 years old in a high school work program. In the past 30 years, she has held every administrative and paralegal position imaginable. She has attended more depositions, mediations, focus groups, and trials than most lawyers. She has assisted in the investigation, preparation, litigation, and trial of multi-million dollar lawsuits, including car wrecks, 18 wheeler involved fatalities, oil field explosions, and on-the-job injuries (most involving catastrophic injuries or death). What she does best, however, is take care of her clients. Whether it’s answering discovery or fighting with an insurance company over medical care, she always has her clients’ best interest at heart. Outside of the legal business, Melissa enjoys travelling, cooking, and spend time with her family and friends.
Tracey joined the firm in July of 2017. This opportunity is her first job in the legal field. She truly enjoys working with the public and delivering excellent customer service to our clients. She shows an eagerness to learn every day and is excited about her future with the company. Tracey was born in Abilene, TX and she grew up in the small town of Hawley where she graduated High School in 2004. In 2011, she relocated to Odessa, TX where she worked for two years as an administrative assistant for an oil and gas company. Now Tracey has moved back to Abilene for good. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the movies, spending time with family and friends, traveling, attending concerts, or just relaxing at home.
